We have recently upgraded our edge trimming/inspection line and would like to make its service available to our customers.

While certain mechanical upgrades were recently made to this line, we feel you will be especially interested in some of the following quality features:

• From the un-coiler to the trimming head is 35', this 35' section has a raised walking platform for inspection of your material — a walk over catwalk is also available for inspection.
• Proper lighting for close scrutiny of the material, both top and bottom.
• A flatness table for shape inspection prior to entering the trimming head
• Ability to apply either P/I or PVC
• Capable of edge trimming .015 - .125 in widths 22" to 52". We can take a maximum trim of 2" per side and a minimum of 3/8" min per side.
• Un-coiler can input coils up to 22,000 lb on 16"-20"-22"-24" ID. Re-coiler can put coils on 16"-20"-22"-24" ID.
• If coils need to be stretched, our stretcher leveler is in the same building, and can provide fast quality service.
